Fur is made of thousands of thin strands that blend into whatever is behind the animal. A model has to decide where the animal ends and the background begins, pixel by pixel. This is a genuinely difficult case, so always check the result closely before using it.
Long whiskers, fluffed fur and semi-transparent ear edges can leave small artifacts. If the result matters for print or a paid listing, budget a few minutes of cleanup in an editor rather than assuming a perfect automatic cutout.
